General

Past Year

1.    Resurfacing of driveway and filling in of potholes.
2.    A number of trees have been removed. 
3.    Bees have been removed from two different locations in the complex.
4.    The refuse area has been enclosed, which has greatly enhanced the aesthetics of the complex at the church end and has effectively prevented the monkeys from raiding the rubbish bins.
5.    Rubble has been removed from some of the common areas.
6.    A gate to a communal washing area has been replaced.
7.    Certain electrical problems in the common areas have been sorted out.
8.    Additional lighting in the central common area has been installed.
9.    New motors have been installed to the entrance gates and the gates painted.

Hump to be altered to be less drastic at a cost of R 5000

Drainblasting : R 6 500 for CCTV Inspection and R 6 500 for high pressure jetting

Gutters

  • Service existing gutter system
  • Replace damaged fittings
  • To clear debris from gutters on all units
  • Clean gutters with cleaning materials where required
  •  Ensure corners of gutters are sealed correctly (owners can advise where problems are)
  • To clear downpipes of blockages
  • Clean downpipes with cleaning material where required

  • Apply crackon membrane over cracks once repaired and seal with Plascon SAT 520 waterproofing compound.
  • Apply two coats of Plascon Pure Acrylic Low Sheen (PEM 1000) to front facades of garages only.
