All project procurement is now on BMS
As with all things BMS, It is always a work in progress, but we made the decision to handle all procurement through BMS. This shift has streamlined our agreed hardware list, Eliminated repetition's and significantly accelerated the procurement process. As a result, we can now focus on more strategic supply chain management, allowing us to improve margins through more efficient procurement practices.

Feedback Loop leading to improvements
We have initiated cross-functional debriefs to enhance collaboration and communication across different departments. By bringing different teams perspectives we can identify and address issues more effectively. This will benefit Igloo by promoting a full understanding of the projects we deliver, improve the decision making and driving better outcomes for us and clients.

3. Timesheets

We have introduced a mobile version of timesheets to make it easier for everyone to log their time on the go. I understand timesheets can be seen as a very admin heavy task. There is a teams integration taking your meetings from your calendar and already populating the timesheets with that time slot. We are aiming to roll out Timesheets picking up your calls from teams
We encourage everyone to consistently use this tool, as accurate timesheets are crucial for understanding what goes into each project. The data can help us optimise workflows, allocate resources and improve on project management. Ultimately contributing to our efficiency and success.
