1. Create the archive of pre-existing fellows work
2. Decide on site title/domain name (or URL)
3. Wireframe out a project organization to discuss with group in December

4. Decide on hosting plan

5. Contract with designer to customize the site

6. Purchase and build out site(s) by end of January to start populating (design and populating can happen at once)
