Client/ Server High setup/ maintenance costs. Lots of parts incl. Server and switch. User IDs, passwords and access levels.
Centrally controlled
Backup is centralised and usually automated.
Peer to Peer Cheap to set up and maintain Files and programs saved on individual Computers.
Can be used for sharing of music and streaming of live events.
