What are we?

We are Engineering

Engineering is a key partner to Product

Focuses on understanding customer needs, defining the product vision, setting priorities, and creating the roadmap of games. They are responsible for what needs to be built and why.

Product department

Responsible for translating the product vision into technical solutions. We decide how to build the product and ensure that it is scalable, reliable, and maintainable. We focus on technical excellence, performance, and delivery.

Engineering department

This is a collaborative partnership where both teams complement each other’s strengths.

The Product department focuses on defining what needs to be built and why, while we ensure how it’s brought to life with technical precision.

They share their vision and ideas for new games and features, and we contribute valuable feedback and guidance, drawing from our expertise to help shape and enhance the final product.

Questions?

Vision

What kind of a Hub are we going to be?

To create a world-class engineering Hub that consistently delivers exceptional, high-quality games by turning innovative ideas into reality with unmatched efficiency and excellence.

Process wise

We are committed to nurturing a culture of autonomy, ownership, and transparency, where every team member is empowered to contribute to our collective success.

People wise

Strategy

How are we going to realise that vision?

We will focus on developing a variety of new games, improving transparency across the Hub, streamlining maintenance processes, and continually improving our methods.

We will drive our Hub using clear, measurable metrics that guide our decisions and ensure ongoing success.

Key pillars of the Strategy

Empowerment Through Autonomy

Create three independent teams capable of taking an idea from concept to finished game, while fully managing the technical aspects of each project.

Excellence in Delivery

Regularly track and improve how efficiently and effectively we deliver games and features, ensuring each project is finished with speed and meets high-quality standards

Technical Mastery

Use clear measurements to raise the technical skills of all teams, making sure that both new and existing games meet high standards for quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Optimized Maintenance

Reduce the time spent on maintaining existing games so teams can focus on new game development without needing more staff, while still maintaining high standards in our current projects.

Active Contribution to Core Activities

Actively participate in backend, frontend, and quality assurance efforts, ensuring that the Tallinn Hub is not just a user but a key player in the larger Evolution Engineering ecosystem. This will deepen our involvement and increase our influence in the broader engineering community.

Growth and Satisfaction

Build a positive work environment that encourages team retention, professional development, and job satisfaction, making our organization a place where talent thrives.

Questions?

Leads team

You all have your own team and department.

You and your people have put in a lot of effort to make your teams and departments as great as they are. I value everyones individual contributions a lot.

I want to highlight that you wear many hats....

The leads team essence

Being part of the leads team means your goal is to implement our shared vision of the Hub across teams and across departments.

No-one can do it alone. We all need each-others help and collaboration to become better than we were yesterday.
