During the 2023-24 season he scored with great efficiency in situations as a P&R Ball Handler, averaging 0.929 Points Per Possession and positioning himself in the 80th percentile in the entire NCAA Division 1.

In Spot Up possessions he scored a very good value of 1.058 Points Per Possession, that ranked in the 76th percentile in the entire NCAA Division 1.

•  Fulton is a point guard with good size and incredible basketball IQ, he’s very smart playing at different speed, doesn’t rush his decisions, takes care of the ball and is a fantastic passer.
•  He’s a great shooter who can score either off the dribble or off the catch, he has very extended range and can use his jumper from anywhere on the court.
 •  He’s a very smart defender with incredibly quick hands and anticipation skills, he reads the game before anyone else and is always in the right spot.

•  Fulton needs to become a higher volume scorer at the rim, as right now only around 20% of his scoring attempts are at the rim and his Free Throw Rate is of 20.4%.

•  He needs to keep working on his lateral quickness on defense to better stay in front of opponents on the perimeter.

Fulton has very high upside thanks to his mix of size, leadership, basketball IQ, ability to change pace, touch, passing skills, shooting ability, pick-and-roll fundamentals, anticipation skills, and defensive potential. His great poise, off the dribble game and ability to both facilitate and score fit perfectly fit the international game.
