•  Floyd is an athletic center with muscular body and very long arms. He’s very coordinated and is a real threat inside the paint, he can always play above the rim.
•  He has a high basketball IQ and is able to move very well without the ball. He plays with great timing and positioning, and also shows good passing skills.
 •  ⁠He’s a fantastic defensive player thanks to his quick feet, long arms and explosive reactivity. He can defend screens. He’s a great rim protector too.

 •  He’s a great rebounder, he fights physically inside the paint and gets the ball even far from his own zone.

•  Floyd has to keep working on his scoring skills, to widen his scoring option in the post and extend his offensive range.

•  He needs to keep playing with good focus on both ends of the court all the time, particularly avoiding lapses on defense and foul troubles.

Floyd has already proved to be able to play at the EuroLeague level: his athletic tools and basketball IQ are the ones of someone who can play at any level of professional basketball.

The short-term goal for Floyd must be to come back after two seasons limited by injuries and establish himself at a good level of competition, in a place which guarantees him minutes and a main role in the frontcourt.

Long-term the goal has to be to go back and compete at the EuroLeague level. This always with an eye to other profitable markets such as the Asian and Australian ones.
