• Runs the floor well. Quick feet allowing you the ability to take advantage when playing 1vs1. Even on close outs when you able to contain your opponents with your lateral movement.  

• Still has ample room for improvement.

• Good 3P shooter (31%). You have a good form and mechanics. Occasionally you shoot with your shoulder, once you get stronger it will for sure improve your accuracy & range. If you take better less contested shots, you can increase your %.

• You still aren't consistent in your performances, can improve on your offense and you have to work more on your explosiveness. 

• Against tough defense and physicality you still struggle a bit but it is okay, given that you are still a bit frail. 

• Keep your legs bent more, and play in a lower stance. The lower you play, you’ll be more explosive and have a stronger base to have an advantage over the defense.

• Improving the use of P&R (part of the transition of playing as a guard).

• I really like players with your kind of physique and option of being able to do a lot of different things on the court. In the future you could play 3 different positions.

• You play smart, you believe in yourself and aren’t afraid to take risks. Which is not a bad thing.

• You have everything to build a very solid career at the top European level.

There isn't an easy road to success. There are no shortcuts. Each player must find her way with putting in work in the gym, dedication, passion, determination and the right choices.

Having a plan with goals is essential.

In the short term, be with a coach who takes care of your technical development and in a club that gives you the right exposure.
