Past : UI/UX was'nt as important

Nowadays : UI/UX is one of the key to succeed

All those services where existing for years, UX/UI gave them the lead

Key has changed from WHAT to HOW

UX/UI Process

UX/UI is loop process, where user have the central position.

You have to analyse user profiles, needs, habits, and deliver a matching experience.

After each version release, you have to track user feedbacks

What have implications on UX/UI ?

• Competitions and user habits

• Branding and consistency of your product

• Complexity of your product/offer

• Tech (might ruin the UX if you have poor servers and delay)
