Hi Pete,

Just a quick message to explain everything. My room is next to the bathroom. There is a small TV. The sofa turns into a bed. It's not difficult to open. There's a lot of food in the kitchen and a small supermarket on the corner. It's always open. I will call later for the meeting. My flat is not very expensive but I didn't like the area much.

Oh, well, I am happy to get good news. When do you start the new job? Thirty is a good age to change the place. It's not too late! Call me when I get back from Spain. I hope everything is alright with the family. Call me on my mobile.
