Current System:

• Users are in actual physical queue
• Users can take a token from kiosk machine or from a token-vendor and wait at service location  
• Users can take a phone appointment but they need to be at service location before their turn

Proposed System:

• Users are in virtual queue
• They can get a token through the app
• They can see live status of queue in app
• They will get notification about their turn

How our system works?

Our system comprises of four apps:

1. User App:  User can browse services and get enqueued through this app.
2. Business App: This app lets service providers create and manage queues. 
3. Kiosk App: This app will be used by walk-in users to get enqueued.
4. Display App: Live status of running queues can be displayed using this app at service location. Its an optional app which can be useful for services where multiple queues are running simultaneously.
