Try to cook Crepes with сhocolate sauce. Any sweet tooth will like it. This crepes are very soft and delicious, chocolate sauce adds sweetness and creaminess to the taste. This dessert can be eaten for breakfast, or you can even treat your guests, they'll like it.
The recipe is really simple, let's get started!
Flour 1,5 cup
Butter for crepes 3 tsp
Milk 2 cup
Egg 4 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Bananas 2 pcs
Vanilla sugar 1,5 tsp
Milk for crepes 1,5 tbsp
Butter for chocolate sauce 3 tsp
Hazelnut liqueur 2 tsp
Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Salt pinch
Heat a crepe pan and melt the butter on it. Pour the batter into the pan with a ladle, the crepe should be thin. Fry the crepe on each side for 2 minutes. Golden brown should appear on the crepes. Put the crepes to a plate on top of each other.
Take a small saucepan, we will cook chocolate sauce in it. Turn on the medium heat, melt the butter in the frying pan, pour the milk, 2 tsp. of hazelnut liqueur into the butter. Mix the ingredients, add vanilla sugar and 1 tbsp. of cocoa powder. Mix the ingredients again, the mass should thicken. The sauce will be ready when all the ingredients melt and turn into chocolate sauce.
Cut the bananas lengthwise or into circles. Put banana slices in each crepe and wrap it in a triangle. Fill the crepes with chocolate sauce and enjoy!
