We sought premium quality product, but had a low initial budget

We looked for the best quality/price ratio products, and domined the production process

Divided space in freezers among teammates for product storage

Lack of storing to keep the ice cream cold on our selling day

Used coolers with ice & salt, and managed to store the rest in the cafeteria's freezers

No space for keeping the prepared product

Short amount of time to produce our product before selling

Divided our work and administered production times adequately

Conclusions
