What on Earth is the problem? Who is really to blame for Public Health crises? What is the solution?

  • In the UK, 30% of children aged 5-10 eat less than one portion (i.e. no portions) of fruit and veg a day. Parents are just uninformed, right? A banana is more expensive than a pack of sweets?

  • According to data collected in 2024, 44% of smokers have no intention to quit. Why not ban smoking already?

  • In the US, 3% of children are unvaccinated against Tetanus, Chickenpox, Hepatitus B, Polio, Measles, etc. with parents using non-medical exemptions (including religious and personal / philosophical reasons). Non-medical exemptions should be refused? A person's religious and superstitious beliefs should not be an excuse to abuse or neglect children?

  • One in 4 adults globally are physically inactive, meaning they report doing zero physical activity in the past month, including walking for exercise. Could it be because they are tired from doing nothing?

  • 15% of young men (16 - 34 y/o) do not think it's important to wash their hands after visiting the toilet. Non-compliance in the general population in public bathrooms rises to 23%. Put cameras at the sinks? Prison sentences in the event of disease outbreaks and clear non-compliance?
