Departmtent Goals
1: Create and apply a budget
- We'll be able to make informed decisions about new programs, modules, and specializations.
- Having set a baseline, we'll be in a position to experiment with more cost-effective ways of producing content.
2: Well-defined, documented processes for creating and maintaining content.
- We'll have standardized process applicable to all existing and new programs.
- We'll be able get contractor writers up to speed on our pedagogy and approach to curricula .
- We'll be able to use this process to scale up content production in 2018.
3: Get existing curricula into shape
- Our students will encounter minimal frustration when working through existing programs
- They'll find our existing content to be consistently clear, valuable, and typo-free.
- We'll feel comfortable focusing our full attention on new programs and content.
4: Standardized pedagogical approach for all bootcamp curricula.

Our students will always know what they're learning and why, and the content will align.

Students will be totally clear on whether or not they're actually mastering new skills.
