Nicole and Juan Morales
Nicole Morales spent the majority of her childhood traveling, both her parents were United States Marines. Not only did she live all over the United States but attended school in both Japan and Syria, currently residing in the North East Tri-State area. Nicole attended Devry University where she obtained a bachelor's Degree in Human Resources. She was able to find a job as an administrator with AHRC. The leadership quickly recognized her potential and she was promoted to Human Resource Manager. Nicole wanted to be closer to family and decided to move. She was offered another HR Manager position with another company HVNY DSO. Shortly after she was promoted to Director of Human Resources. Although she loved her work, she felt there was a huge void. Nicole was looking for a greater sense of purpose, and had to fuel her passion for helping those in need. Her husband, Juan, had introduced her to Bio-One. This is where they both could continue their journey of helping others. At the same time build the future for their three kids and the rest of their family.
