We try to get our 8 hours of sleep every night, but we either don't get consistent sleep, or don't get the 8 hours of sleep.
As soon as we wake up, we begin to lose the battle of sleep.

Don't give up. Keep your eyes closed and concentrate on keeping your mind blank.

Are we meant to take naps?
