Vision: To become the sole representation of Students in the Richmond School District and to become major cultivator of passion, opportunity and leadership.
Mission: To unify and represent all students in public schools of the Richmond School District in all aspects of their own education and to promote and cultivate passion, opportunity and leadership in schools by hosting events, launching campaigns and many other initiatives.

To gain insight and opinions from students and report this to the representative council
Initiatives can range from events, forums, campaigns to conferences, fundraisers, charity nights, social gatherings, competitions, showcases, newsletters etc.

Create Representation Team
10 applications will be given to the principals of each school. 5 will be interviewed and 1 will be selected.
Select a Trustee, Treasurer, Secretary
They will be given a chace to present themselves for their desired position. The whole team will then vote for the most suitable.

Passion Forum
Run a forum where we gather information and opinions from LGBTQ student populations, gathering information to benefit Student Councils, the RDSCO and the District
Run a Mental Wellbeing Campaign
Run a campaign in schools where we are creating posters conataining positive language and information on groups that help
What We Need
From The District

Permission to represent the District as an indepentant organization

A sponsor from the District to guide all large leadership intiatives (RSLC etc.)
