1st pre-financing (30%)

  • Linked to periodic report: technical report + declaration of total EU contribution consumed (no details)
  • If > 70% of the previous PF have been consumed, the payment is 50% (1 additional PF) or 25+25% (2 additional PF)
  • The sum of pre-financing payments cannot be more than 90% of the total grant

Payments

  • Transfer within 30 days from the entry into force of the Agreement or 10 days before the starting date of the action (whichever is the latest)
  • The co-ordinator transfers the pre-financing to beneficiaries once they have signed the Accession form to the GA.
