EXPERIENCE MAP

- a lot of preparation
- better display of information
- easy orientation
- comfort while shopping
- emphasis on sensory experience

FINDINGS

CONCLUSION FROM INTERVIEWS

Sensory experience is highly valued. Current issues regarding in store orientation and seamless automation (self checkout...) is not complete.

Online shopping is not established yet. Great interest in local organic producers (farmers). Other services seem to have trust issues.
