peers model qualities such as mindful  sharing,

empathic listening, and self-awareness.

REFLECTION: providing the learners with time

to write thoughts about the personal prompts

before breaking into small peer groups.

DIALOGUE: supporting learners in each peer group

to engage on Zoom around the subject in an open,

personal and empathic dialogue.

DEBRIEF: returning to the large group and having

three students of different peer groups share first

insights that emerged in the small group dialogues.

WELCOMING the large group of all learners in the virtual space and introducing them to the topic.
