Our Fears and Our Stories

Inspired by Dr Dacher Keltner, UC Berkeley

Fears are a natural part of life that can even help us.

They force us to pay attention to what is important.

Yet, if they persist

some fears can severely undermine us in our Well-Being.

Psychological research indicates that sharing deeply of our stories

can help us in integrating and overcoming our fears.

Why is that?

Fears tap into the oldest part of our brain.
