Panic Zone
Here learning is impossible.
It is the unsafe place where we spend energy managing fears.

A safe place to reflect.

An exciting place to grow.
Panic Zone
An unsafe place where learning cannot happen.
So invite an ‘Other’ into the Learning Zone, but do not push, because you cannot see where it begins or ends for them.
