in a Third Space that is shaped by following three levels:
1.SHARED
VALUES
Level 1: Mutual commitment to VALUES such as Respect and Openness.
2.EMPATHIC
INTERACTIONS
Level 2: Practice of emotionally sensitive INTERACTIONS that grow trust.
3.SELF-
REFLECTION
Level 3: Courage for SELF-REFLECTION to review one's own perceptions.
In doing so the Third Space initiates a Learning Zone that uplifts both individuals.
