Why do we need to estimate our cards?

• Teams grow, evolve, and managers need to quantify, somehow, how much work we can handle to understand how much they can plan in advance, and when products will be released.
   
• Understanding how important/un-important a task is from PO's perspective, defines how we schedule our days.
   
• Estimating as a team is more efficient: more brains work better than only one.

What's planning poker all about?

• It is consensus based: there are unlimited poker rounds until consensus is reached (but we will set a limit of 3 rounds with a "majority wins" model)
   

• It uses actual cards
   

• It uses units such as: days, points (fibonacci sequence 0,1,2,3,5,8,13...), sizes, etc.

How is our cards deck used?

• Weighing cards: Heavy, Medium, Light, Break it (the card simply does not fit the sprint)
  
   
• Joker card: The ??? card can be used both for "I need more information to estimate" and "I rather skip this estimation".
   
• Action cards: These cards can be combined with "weighing cards", to ask for a break during the session, or to request that the card being estimated should/could use of 2 or more people working together.

Red/Heavy does not mean Forever

The task should be possible to be delivered within 1 sprint.

Black/Break... could mean Forever

You MUST raise this card if you feel the task wont be delivered within 1 sprint and it should be split into smaller tasks. It is your responsibility to help a good estimation.

01. Card Title:

Our website's is missing a coworker in the list of workers.

Description:

When creating a new work, I try to find uxui team member Cynthia Sanchez, but she does not show up in the list.

Add the member to the object providing the list of uxui members and add her picture.

02. Card Title:

Our website is giving an 403 error when uploading images.

Description:

When creating a new work, and after clicking on the images I select from the fields inspector, the application freezes and I see a 403 in the network tab under the devTools.

Possibly an error with MongoDb processing the crossed data or maybe it is the angular module in charge of uploading the images.

03. Card Title:

Banner for the our website

Description:

Our yearly conference is coming and we need to design a banner for the website to advertise it. The entire design will be delivered in a PSD file. It needs to be exported (and maybe formatted) to fit the size available in the website. Then, it needs to be published and available in the website.

Both, design and implementation are required to be done at once and ASAP.

New logo for a new product

Description:

Make a logo for marketing purposes. We would like something that goes around the meaning of: Quick, reliable, 1-click.

We would like to see 2 or 3 example first and then work on 1 selection to make the most quality logo out of it.

Investigate how viable is to configure Vue.js in our product

Description :

Our team would like to incorporate a new front-end framework. But, for that, we actually need to understand what are the constrains of using Vue.js to estimate the costs of the implementation.

Change colours

Description is:

We have realised that our product's theme has some different colours in the <header>, <footer>, and some <buttons>. We just need to update the stylesheets with the right HEX colours.
