Do all team members agree on what the goal is?
Does every team member feel that his skill set and contributions are valued? If you are not given work to do, ask for work!!!
Does every team member have access to all information required to do the job?
Does everyone on the team trust the skills and competence of their peers?
Is everyone on your team a ready-made superstar?
Do you actively and consciously make attempts to teach other members of the team rather than expect them to already know everything?
Does every team member inform every other team member of changes made?
Do you have frequent technical reviews?
