I want to build a web app for meetup events.  Organizers can create events with a title. Each event should have a management page and an attendees page.
 

The management page should display a large QR code that users scan on their phones and access the attendees page. It should also display real time the average rating and the list of suggested topics.
 

In the attendees page, users should be able to rate the event from  1 to 5 stars and suggest topics for future meetups. After voting, they should be able to see in real time the average score and the topic suggestions, plus upvote the ones they like.
