Entrance Experiance
First impressions are everything. Bryan Station's band will be outside welcoming guests to a night of fun! Entering the stadium, there will be a place for a photo op behind a Legends backdrop, taken by trained photographers from Bryan Station's photography class.
Pregame Activities:
- Music from DJ Dwyer
- Child's Dance Contest
- Kahoot "Quiz" Game on Jumbotron
Before Opening Pitch:
- The National Anthem and presentation of the colors presented by Bryan Station ROTC
- Hype announcer with the candleberry candles
What is Kahoot?
- Kahoot is an interacting quiz game that can be played on a mobile device.

Opening Pitch Details
- Opening Pitches will be given by Mr. McMillan (Bryan Station Principal), and other partners and organizations with the Legends.
- Opening hype video for the Lengends will be orchestrated by Bryan Station's video class!
School Bus Plan
Fayette County can donate a bus for free use for the night and supply a driver. The school bus will pull up and enter through the center field gates with the players on the bus. As the bus stops in the designated area the players will exit the bus. The players will run down center field through a gauntlet of the BSHS cheerleading squad, Latin dance, and hip hop team. Once all players have safely exited the bus, it will back out and exit the same way it entered.
During Game Activities
- Duct tape cape making for kids as an arts and crafts activity!!
- Encouragement to send your #LegendsMoments to Legends Facebook/Twitter account for a chance to be featured on the jumbotron! Providing fan engagement and free social media outreach.
- Bryan Station extracurricular booths and tables.
Postgame Activities
With the distribution of glow sticks and dimming of the lights during fireworks, the stadium will be lit up with a glowing crowd to finish the night with a memorable ending.
MARKETING
Targeted Outreach
- Social media promotion.
- Season tickets with Krogers.
- Targeted social media advertisements through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram targeted towards families with younger children and social young adults.
- School and community engagement through Bryan Station High School.
