Many of his research papers have also been published in peer-reviewed medical journals. Dr. Narinder Singh Parhar MD – Practicing Physician in Roseville California Since 1995, is also the developer of Integrative Pulmonary Care Program to help patients with COPD, Asthma, and other respiratory problems. He wants to improve the quality of life for these patients and help them to stay out of the hospital.
