• Tekstur's value-added service division can cut, machine and finish panels to your project’s specifications.

• Installation hardware can be pre-mounted, so that panel parts are delivered ready-to-install. We recommend Monarch Z Clips or Button-Fix™ mounting systems to make your installation efficient and precise.

 MFTape System for Blind Fastening

5/16" & 8mm Panel Thicknesses

It is possible to add a mechanical faster through the MFTAPE Z-Clip if desired.

We recommend the Monarch-Z MFTape system for our 5/16” or 8mm thick panels.

Direct to Wall

For panel thicknesses 1/8" to 5/16"

 

Use 3M VHB TAPE (3941) or similar along with Loctite® PL Premium to install direct to a level 5 finish painted or primed wall.

 

The direct-to-wall method is effective but should be performed by skilled installers.  This method only allows one chance at getting the panels placed accurately.

Button-Fix System

For 5/16" and thicker panels.

Button-Fix wall mounts are durable nylon buttons with mating fixtures that make paneling neat and simple. We recommend the Button-Fix system for small panel installations.

 

Buttons are attached to the back of one panel, which then meet with the mating fixtures attached to opposite panel and slide into place with a “click.” Button-Fix mounts are durable and versatile, lending themselves to both vertical and horizontal applications.
