Step 1: Mechanical Scale
- Works solid and robust
- Totally mechanical
- No digital measurement, no “data”
Step 2: Digital Scale
- Same functionality with mechanical one
- The main reason of producing digital instead of mechanic is low cost and also it makes a fancy impression
*Some models can store latest measurement and compare with the current one.

- Totally new UX but same UI
- The user scans its card and uses the scale; the measurement is saved on cloud.

- The user can analyze and track its weight data on web or mobile app (soon).
- New users can easily register with a new RFID card.

- Custom autonomus apps can be designed to process user’s data. Thus, the user can benefit from data of data, like getting warned about tendency of being overweight (or vice versa)

Measurement
This configuration provides robustness against temperature change since the temperature effects all components at the same time.
Measurement
HX711 is used as instrumentation amplifier and ADC. Its input resolution is 24-bit and the gain is set to 128. As an output, it communicates with Arduino using a serial interface.
