Using and challenging conventions
In both AS and A2 we learn about conventions and the importance of using them in order to help provide a sense of stability of genre and understanding of what we are trying to present as a product.
Each music genre has specific conventions which allow them to be set apart from each other and allows consumers to distinguish quickly and easily between products.
