2. Based on the term network, it can be understood that the most used words mentioned above are related to atm machines that may be damaged, and reduced balances on user bank account.
3. The number of posts addressed to the @BNI account is 5961, meaning that every day there are approximately 331 mentions that contain complaints and various other content related to the service. This could be an opportunity for @BNI to improve its relationship with social media users by answering netizens posts.

1. Data saat ini menjadi semakin banyak dan bisa diekstrak dengan lebih cepat. Tapi, membutuhkan pengetahuan multi disiplin
2. Data sains, saat ini menjadi salah satu bidang yang banyak dicari namun supplynya masih terbatas.
3. Media sosial, dapat menjadi salah satu sumber data dan dasar pembuatan keputusan. Tapi perlu dikombinasikan dengan data lain, dan menggunakan metode yang dirancang secara sistematis agar data yang sifatnya spam bisa difilter
