Then we’ll look at how groups of elements are related.
We’ll also look at how bonds work.

Calculations
By turning observations into numbers, we will make sense of how numbers relate to each other.
Moles, concentrations, ratios, . . .
Oh, you get to do titrations too!
Topic 4
Reactions
We’ll look at how energy changes during reactions.
and we’ll play around with electricity.
Then we’ll look at different types of reactions,

Acids & Bases
And what’s a base?
Well, what’s an acid?
+ skills to identify the type of salt.
Topic 6
Metals
Metals.
Topic 7
Non-metals
Things that are not metals.
Air, water, nitrogen, sulfur, . . .
AND FINALLY . . .
Topic 8
Organic Chemistry
– where we’ll do some seriously cool stuff with carbon
and that’s it!
