Automated CDN creation Demo

The goal is to show ESE engineers the new onboarding automation workflow.

Overview of the current process

1. Use tb-cert to update san certs
2. Kick off the cert sync concord job
3. Copy and paste info from tickets/onboarding form into tfvars file and open PR

The new automation will replace step #3
