Types of communication in soccer

Verbal communication is the use of words, in the form of a code, for the interaction between human beings, the language itself, expressed in spoken or written form

To organize the type of communication, we will begin by answering and breaking down 4 questions that will give us the tools to make it more effective

These questions are when, where, what, and to whom the message is transmitted. Their differences are significant and therefore require a more concrete and individualized analysis.

When?:
When faced with this question, it is necessary to open 2 great moments that occur and clearly differentiate them

1. Field address

They are all the messages and communication channels that occur when we are in the field. This gives us 2 unique possibilities, on the training ground and during a game.

 2. During training

They are all the corrections, talks and messages that happen during the training sessions. Identify the moment within it, either intra-task or inter-task, and make the correction or message more effective.

This environment is generally more likely to stop, explain correctly, and go over what is done with a lower pressure range. Different gestures and ways for communication in the party will be trained and prescribed, to give clarity to the external leadership

3. During the game

Depending on the category in which the club is located and the attention and concentration capacity of the player or players to whom the message is addressed, it will vary in consideration. In professional level clubs, field management becomes more complicated due to environmental noise, which is why the use of gestures is essential and should be known to everyone.
