This feature is within the WYSIWYG editor for pieces of content on your Drupal site. To start, go to Content --> Add Content --> Basic Inner Page for this example. Fill out the required title field and head down to the Body section. Add some text, select what word(s) you would like to put this feature on and click the link icon
Where you begin
Essentially, all you have to do to get this feature to work is by creating a hyperlink. You can start typing the name of your content you would like to pop-up and select it. Once you do that, click on the advance section. You will see a new checkbox for "Include Popup?". Make sure this is checked and hit save.
