Current Net Neutrality Laws
Under current legislation, passed in february 2015, The FCC Classifies ISP's under title ii of the communications act of 1934, labeling them as "common carriers"
Under this legislation, isp's are barred from blocking/ throttling speeds to websites, or charging for faster speeds to specific websites
