Toptal
Hired a developer for an app. It was done in three weeks. Then we wanted to improve continuous delivery, infrastructure and testing. The dev could not help us so we had to recruit again. When we needed changes in the app, the developer was on another project. We're had to find someone else. It was a hassle. Total 10k, and we're on our own now.
