Plot Overview
- Pied Piper. A music-player app that contains a revolutionary data-compress algorithm. The start-up name that developed the app
- Hooli. The monster of the internet. His CEO Gavin Belson had tried to buy Pied Piper but failed (Google satire)
- Peter Gregory. Buys 5% of Pied Piper and plays a menthor and actionist. Has a tough rivality with Gavin
- First season could resume in a competition about the products and services innovation concerning data-compress between Pied Piper and Hooli
In the high-tech gold rush of modern Silicon Valley, the people most qualified to succeed are the least capable of handling success. A comedy partially inspired by Mike Judge's own experiences as a Silicon Valley engineer in the late 1980s.
