조직 (organization)

· Choose between 1 and 3 groups, based on your interest

· We selected 1 to 2 organizers per group

· Organizers are here to kickoff activities and make sure everyone is participating

· You should spend 5% to 10% of your working time on Asiance Lab

도구 (tools)

· We will use Slack as an internal communication tool for all groups

· Other than that, groups have total freedom, as only the result really matters

마감일 (deadline)

January 23~25, 2017

· Announce teams officially and explain the next steps/deadlines at the plaza

· Organize regular internal group meetings (organizers)

· Organize follow-ups with teams and Bosun/JL

June 30, 2017

· 5 min-presentation about your project

· Eventually showcase a finished product and explain its benefits

· Eventually prepare a press kit for sales and PR

보너스 (recognition)

Member’s participation level and the result of team activities will be recognized for the performance evaluation which will be made at the end of June (e.g. Not participated / Participated actively / Outstanding, to be defined)
