• Student voice- what are the current student needs
• New staff induction & training system 
• Utilise staff more - vast experience 
• Work with departments to understand culture and tailor needs
• CPD timetable throughout week
• Drop in/ Agony aunt workshops
• Peer observation scheme
• Focus on user staff friendly ( student led) emerging technologies
• Social media for innovation coach ( sharepoint/ moodle area) Tips, articles, events , sessions etc...

How to unlock!

• Action Research projects/Publish work
• Leads of specialist area- ( Coaches & Staff interests)
• Timetable review- Morning CPD ( e.g Suffolk New)
• More work with ETF ( Bedford college paid for all staff to gain QTLS)
• Professional teacher identity ( being and becoming)
• Help to  continue to build consistency across whole college
•  Support Hub- Supportive , professional culture/ network system.
