A customer has raised an issue after the search functionality of the safety checks tab: Org Mattioli Woods, user karen.faulkner@mattioliwoods.com. This user doesn't appear in the search done by another user on this org.

Lindsey Quigley https://workspace.vatix.local/admin/users/0cd34e32-caf3-46c4-b7c6-e5a365fb3890/ has raised an issue with their mobile app 2025.06.16. When they open "Safety Checks" tab, click "+" and type "Karen", user Karen Faulkner https://workspace.vatix.com/admin/users/c97b9010-4a85-4574-8b38-61e5cf7b2dbb/ does not appear on the list, even though both users enabled the "Show Profile on People Tab" toggle.
