THE THREE LITTLE PIGS
BY: LANCE BARREDO

Once upon a
time, there was
a mother pig
who had three
little baby pigs.
The three little
pigs grew big
that their
mother said to
them, "You are
too big to live
here any longer.
You must go
and build
houses for yourselves. But take care that the wolf does not catch you." The three little pigs set off. "We will take care that the wolf does not catch us," they said.

They met a man who
was carrying some straw. The first little pig
asked the man for some straw to make
a house. The man gave him some straw
and the first little pig made his house.
Soon the second little pig saw a man carrying
some sticks. The second little pig asked the
man for some sticks to make a house for himself.
The man gave the second little pig some sticks.
Then the second little pig started building his
house.

The third little pig walked by himself. Soon he saw a man carrying some bricks. The third little pig asked the man for some bricks to make his house. The man gave the third little pig some bricks and the little pig built his house.
The next day the wolf came to the first little pig's house. The first little pig didn't let the wolf in. He got angry and the wolf huffed and puffed and he blew the house down. The first little pig ran towards the second little pig's house.

The wolf chased the first little pig to the second little pig's house. The second little pig refused to let the wolf in. The wolf got mad so he huffed and he puffed till the house fell down. The two little pigs ran towards the third little pig's house.
The wolf chased the two little pigs to the third little pig's house. The third little pig didn't let the wolf in. The wolf got mad and he huffed and he puffed but the brick house didn't fall down.

The wolf decided to climb down the chimney. The third little pig put a pot of boiling water in the chimney. When the wolf climbed down the chimney, the wolf fell in the pot of boiling water. The wolf jumped out the pot and he ran towards the forest. And the three little pigs lived happily together.
