Some takeaways from a project in progress:
-
Site development standards are the tail that wag the dog. eg Parking, Setbacks (Bldg & Landscape), Lot Coverage, ROW work, G&D
-
They challenge a project in two primary ways: A Fight for Space & A Need for Return
-
3-units+ flips commercial switch, triggering black/white requirements potentially out of scale with modest missing middle budgets.
