Our Goal: An Urban Housing Unit That Is

1. Attainable
2. Inspired
3. Scalable

1

Attainable

Bottomline: Affordability is the amenity.

Cities face an urban housing crisis. Affordable options are rare and starter homes are scarce.

In Spring 2018, Wall St. equity firm Cerberus ($30B under mngmnt) purchased 600 metro Phoenix homes priced under $300k.

1

Attainable

As site-built construction increases in cost and volatility, factory-built methods are poised to be an innovative way forward.

However, manufactured homes face perception issues, and space for traditional parks continued to disappear as urban land values rise, spurring redevelopment.

2

Inspired

Our projects focus on groups with real buying power (urban Millennials + affluent Boomers) in locations with pent up demand (city centers + historic neighborhoods).

With that in mind, we hope to reimagine the manufactured home and find an inspired place for it in growing urban areas.

2

Inspired

We see an opportunity for a manufactured housing product built for the sharing economy and designed for emerging household types and new lifestyles.

A flexible housing product that meets the needs of coliving, corporate rentals, digital nomads, and short-term hospitality uses.

3

Scalable

Begin with a Central Phoenix prototype, then learn, iterate, and expand urban footprint.

Target infill and redevelopment sites in undervalued locations close to employment centers and desirable neighborhoods.
