Given the growing popularity of accelerometer and gyroscope in the sense that many of us are thinking about choosing one to get our next project going. If you are reading this article, you have probably purchased or plan to purchase an IMU device and plan to build it as a separate accelerator/gyroscope device.

The first experiment is the comparison of data from accelerometers and gyroscopes in different positions on the ground. The second experiment consisted of comparing the data of the accelerometer and the acceleration of the gyroscope according to the sensor position.

This can mean that gyroscopes are more stable than accelerometers when the sensor position varies. An undirected gyroscope is similar to a gyroscope in that the rotational speed is determined by the gyre-drift compensation and not by an accelerometer.

A gyroscope adds an additional dimension to the information provided by an accelerometer to track rotation and rotation. This means that accelerometers and gyroscopes can be used to analyze the fluctuations in your body, and vice versa.

To see how your device is held, you need a gravitational vector, which requires filtering of the accelerometer and, in addition, a gyroscope if more accurate reading is required. By looking at gyroscopic information about your rotational motion and creating a reference frame, you can incorporate the feeling of gravity of the accelerometers. In combination with accelerator and gyroscope, your orientation towards the earth can also be determined and stabilized for orientation calculations.

The 3-axis vector of the accelerometer and gyroscope gives various information perpendicular to the axis. This way, the angular momentum of your device and the acceleration of its movement are examined proportionally to this 3-axis vector and vice versa.

An easy method is the use of accelerometers and gyroscopes, because they have a lower power consumption and are able to measure the quiet state. Since gyroscope data have an initial reference frame (gravity) and are measured by angular position, their data can be combined with data from an accelerometer.
