- Minority Rights - Always have to give everyone a voice (Devil's advocate)
Who speaks for the people?

- Rich People - The people that have the right to speak are rich.
- Money = education = influence = control the government
- Elitism - Government by the people that have money
- Elites are isolated from America - Bush Grocery store scanners
- Pluralism - Government of many interest groups
