• Advise client to always ask for TMs as deliverables and include that in their SoW
• Be ready to share our TMs with the client as well,
  • when they exist
  • when we can easily produce them
  • when the client provides their own TMs too? (deal)

TM updates

• We use what we have
  • The fact that they might be outdated is not a reason not to use our language assets
• The customer is responsible for communicating post-delivery changes (SoW)
  • Shared in an efficient way!

• We can accommodate post-delivery changes if they have been communicated
