-Theory: Integrating the legal methodologies in the social sciences discourse with the help of sociological theories: critical theory and the networked society theory. Application of perspectives that use the methodological tools of human computer interaction in business transactions (mediatized by technology), as usability measurements.

- Practice: Usability of contracts: UX Visibility, mapping and conventions ( HCI SEMIOTICS).
Usable legal transactions simplify business relations and prevent the costs of legal disputes. Legal services design and co-creation.
